  • The site does not verify listings. The poster is responsible for the content. Use the “Report” button.
  • Job and rental listings must not discriminate by age, sex, race, nationality, religion, disability etc. (Equality Act 2010).
  • Employers must check the right to work, and landlords in England the right to rent.
  • Listings must follow the CAP / ASA Code: no false or misleading claims.
  • Dating: over-18s only, no explicit content, no paid services and no contact details in the text. Escort ads and sexual services are not allowed. Never send money to someone you met online.
  • Prohibited: weapons, drugs, prescription medicines, identity documents, bank accounts, counterfeits, animals without legal papers, sexual services, jobs with placement fees.
  • Personal data (UK GDPR): we use your data only to publish your listing; listings expire after 30 days and data is deleted 90 days after expiry. You have the right of access and erasure.
  • Don't send money upfront, don't pay a “holding fee” without seeing the property or car, and never share codes received by SMS.
